♦ Pinop nursery policy ♦

Arrivals and departures:

  • Opening hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Early drop off: we offer a 7:30am start and the child will be in the care of nursery assistants until the teacher arrives.
  • Late pick up: we offer a longer stay of your child till 5:00pm in the care of nursery assistants.

Days off:

Fridays - Saturdays – public holidays.

Fees:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • The monthly fees should be paid when due and 50 EGP will be paid as a fine for each day late.
  • The second child receives 10% discount.
  • The monthly fees rate increases annually on January 1 of every year.
  • The monthly fees cannot be posted to the following month.
  • The monthly fees are non- refundable for any reason.
  • Early drop off and late pick up fees:
  • 200 EGP for half an hour / month.
  • 400 EGP for one hour / month.

Serving meals:

  • We apologize for not serving breakfast for children who arrive after 10:30am.
  • We apologize for not serving lunch for children who arrive after 12:30pm.

Illness:

  • We can’t receive a child suffering from fever or any infectious disease to avoid infection of other children.
  • If a child becomes ill during the day, we contact the parents and ask them to pick him up as soon as possible and in case of infectious diseases the child must not return unless he has fully recovered to avoid any infection among other children.

Medication:

We apologize for giving medication to the child except in case of fever after taking the parents permit until the parents attend to pick their child up.

Immunization:

New comers should be vaccinated against Chicken pox, Hepatitis (A) and Meningitis.
